Hi, I'm Danielle Savory.

I am a certified Martha Beck life coach, mind-body coach, mindfulness guide and pleasure enthusiast. My wish is that every woman could feel free and happy in being exactly who she is and loving ALL that she is.

I have a unique voice in the mindfulness and coaching world being heavily influenced by my biology and neuroscience education. I weave the science with the "woo-woo" to create tangible teachings with real world applications. I am not one to hold back. I speak authentically and true, providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to open into their own vulnerable journey.

As a coach, teacher and speaker I help women unpack the beliefs that may be holding them back from fully embracing who they are. Helping make themselves and their joy a priority in their lives. I help women to see their own beauty, to allow all the range of emotions, to know how to give herself the kind of love and attention she gives others and not be bullied by the inner self-critic. 

My role in this program is to offer guidance, to hold space, to be a compassionate listener, to be your cheerleader, but it is not my journey. It is yours and yours alone. 

No one else but you can do the work that will lead you to becoming uniquely you. I promise you that I will show up for you. My hope is that you will do yourself the favor and show up for yourself in the most open, honest, and authentic way you know how, for the entire 40 days.

My approach is matter-of-fact, personable, humorous and sprinkled with a sh*t load of love.
